H11:00 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.auditori.cat\/es\/la-patetica-de-chaikovski--18-19\">L&#8217;Auditori (Barcelona)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">The work was commissioned by the Symphony Orchestra of Barcelona and National of Catalonia for the centenary celebrations of Leonard Bernstein.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\">Choosing an element that represents the figure of Leonard Bernstein can be a difficult task due to his varied activity as a musician. However, \u00abAmerica\u00bb from \u00abWest Side Story\u00bb is perhaps one of his most emblematic compositions and certainly what Marcos most admires about his legacy.
